Voucher Redemption

How do I redeem my voucher code?

What is the value of my voucher?

Your voucher is valid for all products on (except Kletties and Backpack) and has a value of £/€ 30,00 including free shipping.

I forgot to enter the coupon / voucher code, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately under If your order is not yet produced, we can cancel your order and you can simply reorder. If it has already been produced, please tell us your order number and voucher code. We will refund you the value of your voucher and deactivate the voucher code for you.

What do I do if my voucher / coupon code is shown as invalid?

Please check that your voucher has not expired yet and ensure you have entered the code correctly. Make sure you do not use spaces and that you do not confuse letters with numbers (especially number"0" and "1" with letters "O" and "I"). If you still experience issues, please contact our team under Please include your voucher code in your message.

What can I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and your order has not been produced yet, we can cancel it and you can order again. If you notice the error after the product has already been produced and / or shipped, our terms and conditions apply to the exchange / return of the product.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves us to be shipped to you, you will automatically get an email notification about this. Please click the big button in this email to track your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be made by hand and individually for you. The production takes around 1-4 working days. As soon as your order has been processed in our shipping department, you will receive a notification from us by email. Please note that for certain periods of the year (Christmas, Easter), production can take longer than usual.

How long does the shipping take and how much does it cost?

The duration of shipping depends on your region. Usually, shipping takes around 5-8 business days. As soon as it has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping is free of charge. Please notice that shipping will take longer during the holiday season.

How can I change my address?

If your order has already been produced and is on its way, please directly contact the shipping provider, as we can not change your address anymore.

As we try to complete your order as quickly as possible and send it to you, we cannot guarantee you that we will be able to make changes. Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

Exchange & Return

I am not happy with my received case. Can I receive a replacement?

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. We are producing every case individually for you and offer high quality. If you are not satisfied with your case, please contact our customer service at and provide us with your order number. If there is a defect with the product at the date of arrival, we will need an image on which the defect is visible and a detailed description of the defect. You can return the case to us within 14 days. Details can be found in our terms and conditions.
